Theme, context:
In North West London, our ongoing project of reconstructing a semi-detached house is aiming to offer the finest amenities to its residents. The ground floor will have a vast open space that seamlessly connects to the large, green gardens. A meandering floor-to-ceiling glass wall will serve as a curtain-like boundary between the indoor space and the garden, while major elements including the floors, walls and kitchen counters are continued externally thus expanding the perceived interior space.
Concept:
The construction adheres to the highest standards of energy efficiency and goes further to implement additional sustainable technologies, including heat pump-based heating, sustainable drainage systems, and rainwater harvesting.
The project is anticipated to be completed on-site over the summer of 2024.
